This is how I’ve done this with Henri: he’s a wise, wealthy, and funny old man who guides you on your journey to become financially fit. By defining this story upfront, you ensure that everything—every decision, feature, and detail—is aligned with the vision of the product. This approach creates a cohesive experience that not only solves the problem but also resonates deeply with your audience.
Our mission is to guide our users to become financially fit by educating them on (boring) financial topics, and giving them the tools to manage their finances and compete with their friends. While offering Neobanking capabilities we’re not a Neobank: We’re the guide in our user’s financial life.

As the Chief Marketing Officer of the Fintech Department of our holding, I’ve been responsible for co-founding and launching our Neobanking product (Henri), building our Frictionless bars concept, and other ventures we’re currently building. In the long term, we’re focussed on executing our strategy as a fintech holding, seeking a long-term healthy investment for our shareholders.

After helping the company become public I became one of the major shareholders and core team members. Since then we’ve grown from roughly a $500M market capitalization to a $4.000.000.000 (Billion) powerhouse. Our strategy has shifted from primairly Real Estate and Cosntruction to Fintech as our main focus. In December 2024 we’ve rebranded the company from HB Holding N.V. to HenriPay Holding N.V. to ensure our strategy and vision is aligned with the positioning of the company.

After joining the company as co-owner and President my journey in the software industry began. Having no prior experience in this industry, I had to rapidly adjust and learn. As president of Crebos, a global software development agency with a leading position in the Netherlands, I was responsible for:
– Closing deals with whale clients.
– Creating GTM strategies for our incubation projects and for our clientele.
– Running day-to-day operations ensuring alignment and efficiency.
During my role as President, I’ve had the pleasure to work with a big portfolio of companies like: the Dutch government, Disney, Exact Online, Phillips and many more.
